You retain all moral rights and other rights not specifically granted to Poppmi under this license. You may request that we remove your content from our platform at any time, subject to certain limitations. For example, we may retain copies of your content for a limited period for technical reasons, legal compliance, or to resolve disputes. We will not use your content for commercial purposes after you request its removal.

6. Creator Responsibilities and Content Guidelines

You are responsible for maintaining accurate information about your content, including proper categorization, pricing, and access levels. You must clearly indicate whether content is free, paid, subscriber-only, or hybrid access. Misleading information about content may result in account suspension or termination.

Creators must engage with their audience respectfully and professionally. Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior towards fans or other creators will not be tolerated. You are responsible for moderating your content and interactions to maintain a positive community environment.

You must comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We may provide tax reporting information as required by law, but you are ultimately responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your earnings from the platform.

As a content creator, you are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions where your content may be accessed. This includes but is not limited to obscenity laws, age verification requirements, tax obligations, and business licensing requirements.

You must ensure that all content you create and upload is original or properly licensed. This includes ensuring that you have the right to use any music, images, or other materials included in your content. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and licenses before using third-party materials.

Content creators must maintain professional standards in their interactions with fans and other users. This includes responding to messages in a timely manner, providing accurate information about content and pricing, and maintaining appropriate boundaries in all interactions.

You are responsible for setting appropriate prices for your content and ensuring that pricing is clearly communicated to potential buyers. You must not engage in deceptive pricing practices or mislead users about the nature or value of your content.

Creators must respect the privacy and consent of all individuals featured in their content. This includes obtaining proper releases, ensuring that participants understand how their content will be used, and respecting any requests to remove or modify content.

You must comply with all platform policies regarding content creation, including but not limited to content quality standards, community guidelines, and technical requirements. Failure to comply with these policies may result in content removal or account sanctions.

Content creators are responsible for maintaining accurate records of their earnings and complying with all applicable tax reporting requirements. This includes keeping records of all transactions, understanding tax obligations in their jurisdiction, and providing accurate information for tax reporting purposes.

You must not engage in any activities that could harm the platform or other users, including but not limited to fraud, spam, harassment, or violation of intellectual property rights. Such activities may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Creators must provide accurate information about their identity and maintain current contact information. This includes providing valid identification documents when required and updating contact information promptly when changes occur.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with all payment processing requirements, including providing accurate banking information and understanding any fees or charges associated with payment processing. Failure to comply with payment requirements may result in delayed or withheld payments.

Content creators must respect the intellectual property rights of others and not use copyrighted materials without proper authorization. This includes music, images, videos, and other content that may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws.

You must comply with all applicable advertising and marketing regulations, including but not limited to truth in advertising requirements, disclosure of sponsored content, and compliance with platform advertising policies.

Creators are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and protecting their content from unauthorized access. This includes using strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication when available, and reporting any suspected security breaches immediately.

You must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws when collecting, storing, or processing personal information from fans or other users. This includes obtaining proper consent and implementing appropriate security measures to protect personal data.

Content creators must maintain appropriate professional boundaries and not engage in activities that could be considered exploitative or harmful. This includes ensuring that all participants in content creation are of legal age and have provided informed consent.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with all platform terms of service, including any updates or modifications that may be made from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

7. Fan Responsibilities and Conduct

As a fan or viewer on Poppmi, you are expected to respect creators and other users. You must not engage in harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior. Respect creators' boundaries and follow their individual content guidelines and community rules.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access and view content on the platform. This includes verifying that you meet age requirements for adult content and that accessing such content is legal in your jurisdiction.

You must not attempt to circumvent payment systems, share account credentials, or engage in fraudulent activities. All payments must be made through legitimate payment methods, and you are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds for any purchases.

You are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of any subscriptions or purchases you make on the platform. This includes understanding cancellation policies, refund policies, and any recurring charges that may apply.

Fans must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform. This includes not using the platform for illegal activities, not accessing content that is illegal in their jurisdiction, and not engaging in activities that could harm others or violate their rights.

When interacting with creators, you must respect their time and boundaries. This includes not making excessive demands for attention, respecting their response times, and understanding that creators may not be available 24/7.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and protecting it from unauthorized access. This includes using strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication when available, and reporting any suspected security breaches immediately.

Fans must comply with all platform content policies and not attempt to access or share content that violates these policies. This includes not attempting to access content that has been removed for policy violations or sharing such content with others.

You must not use the platform to promote or engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to drug trafficking, human trafficking, or other criminal activities. Such activities will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

When using platform features such as messaging or comments, you must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies. This includes not using these features to harass, threaten, or otherwise harm other users.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with all payment processing requirements and fees. This includes understanding any transaction fees, currency conversion rates, and other charges that may apply to your purchases.

Fans must respect the platform's community guidelines and contribute to a positive, respectful environment for all users. This includes reporting inappropriate behavior, supporting creators appropriately, and helping to maintain a safe and welcoming community.

8. Payment Terms and Currency Support

Poppmi supports multiple African currencies including Nigerian Naira, Ghanaian Cedi, South African Rand, Kenyan Shilling, and other local currencies. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways and are subject to applicable fees and exchange rates.

Creators receive payments in their local currency directly to their bank accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed according to our payment schedule, and creators are responsible for providing accurate banking information. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect banking information.

All transactions are final unless there is a technical error or violation of our terms. Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues or violations of our terms of service. Chargebacks and disputes are handled according to our payment processor's policies.

We reserve the right to hold payments or suspend accounts if we suspect fraudulent activity or violations of our terms. This includes but is not limited to chargeback abuse, fake accounts, or unauthorized use of payment methods.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. You are responsible for downloading any content you wish to keep before requesting account deletion.

We may suspend accounts temporarily while investigating potential violations. During suspension, you will not have access to your account or be able to earn money from the platform. Suspensions may be lifted if violations are not confirmed.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
